Job Description
One of cryptocurrency exchange is seeking a Senior Product Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping product strategy and execution. He/She will be responsible for developing and managing the team's roadmap. He/She will be aligning with strategic goals while collaborating closely with design, frontend, and backend teams to deliver exceptional features.
Role involves:
- Develop and oversee the team's strategic roadmap and key milestones.
- Partner with design, frontend, and backend teams to create outstanding features.
- Outline product specifications, lead user studies, and manage the backlog for efficient launches.
- Interact with customers to gain insights and ensure their needs are met.
- Assess and prioritize projects, making informed trade-off decisions.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to guide product direction.
- Act as the team's representative in cross-functional collaborations and oversee specific product features.
Requirements:
- At least 6 years of experience in product management, ideally in crypto payments.
- Strong data-informed decision-making skills with a focus on user experience.
- Enthusiasm for developing engaging customer-facing products.
- Track record of successfully launching and refining software or financial products.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent collaboration skills with cross-disciplinary teams, including design, engineering, and marketing.
