(Senior) Product Manager (Payment Gateway) at Hyphen Connect Limited

A cryptocurrency exchange is seeking a Senior Product Manager to help shape their product strategy and execution. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for developing and managing the team's roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. They will collaborate with design, frontend, and backend teams to deliver features, define product specifications, conduct user research, and manage the backlog for timely launches. The Senior Product Manager will engage with customers to understand their needs and drive product enhancements. They will also assess project priorities, conduct market analysis, and represent the team in cross-functional communications to create solutions in crypto payments.

In this role, the Senior Product Manager will:

• Develop and oversee the team's strategic roadmap and key milestones.
• Partner with design, frontend, and backend teams to create outstanding features.
• Outline product specifications, lead user studies, and manage the backlog for efficient launches.
• Interact with customers to gain insights and ensure their needs are met.
• Assess and prioritize projects, making informed trade-off decisions.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to guide product direction.
• Act as the team's representative in cross-functional collaborations and oversee specific product features.

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of experience in product management, ideally in crypto payments.
• Strong data-informed decision-making skills with a focus on user experience.
• Enthusiasm for developing engaging customer-facing products.
• Track record of successfully launching and refining software or financial products.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross-disciplinary teams, including design, engineering, and marketing.
