A cryptocurrency exchange is looking for a Senior Product Manager to help with their payment gateway. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for shaping product strategy, managing the roadmap, and collaborating with design, frontend, and backend teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee the team's strategic roadmap and key milestones.
• Partner with design, frontend, and backend teams to create outstanding features.
• Outline product specifications, lead user studies, and manage the backlog for efficient launches.
• Interact with customers to gain insights and ensure their needs are met.
• Assess and prioritize projects, making informed trade-off decisions.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to guide product direction.
• Act as the team's representative in cross-functional collaborations and oversee specific product features.

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of experience in product management, ideally in crypto payments.
• Strong data-informed decision-making skills with a focus on user experience.

• Track record of successfully launching and refining software or financial products.
