The Senior Product Manager will collaborate with design, frontend, and backend teams to deliver top-tier features. They will define product specifications, conduct user studies, and iterate based on feedback while supporting QA testing. This role involves engaging directly with customers to understand their needs, conducting market research, prioritizing projects and developing the team's roadmap. They will participate in cross-functional communication to keep initiatives on track.
The role involves:
- Working with design, frontend, and backend teams to deliver high-quality features.
- Defining features, writing specs, conducting user studies, iterating based on feedback, and supporting QA testing.
- Interacting with customers to understand their needs and build empathy.
- Performing market research to guide decisions.
- Prioritizing projects, balancing trade-offs effectively.
- Developing and managing the team's roadmap, milestones, and dependencies, aligned with strategic goals.
- Representing the team in cross-functional communications.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of product management experience, ideally with trading/exchange platform expertise.
- Experience delivering large projects and managing team dependencies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to influence stakeholders.
- Ability to work well with design, engineering, QA, and other teams.
- A data-driven mindset focused on user needs.
- Passion for crafting compelling customer-facing products.
- Aptitude for grasping and applying technical concepts.
