Senior Product Manager (Platform) at Hyphen Connect Limited

A cryptocurrency exchange is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product initiatives. In this role, the Senior Product Manager will collaborate with design, frontend, and backend teams to deliver top-tier features. They will define product specifications, conduct user studies, and iterate based on feedback, also supporting QA testing. The Senior product manager will engage directly with customers and perform market research to guide decisions. They will prioritize projects and develop and manage the team's roadmap, milestones, and dependencies. As the team's representative, they’ll drive cross-functional communication.

• Work with design, frontend, and backend teams to deliver high-quality features
• Define features, write specs, conduct user studies, iterate based on feedback, and support QA testing
• Interact with customers to understand their needs and build empathy
• Perform market research to guide decisions
• Prioritize projects, balancing trade-offs effectively
• Develop and manage the team's roadmap, milestones, and dependencies, aligned with strategic goals
• Represent the team in cross-functional communications

Requirements:

• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally with trading/exchange platform expertise
• Experience delivering large projects and managing team dependencies
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to influence stakeholders
• Ability to work well with design, engineering, QA, and other teams
• A data-driven mindset focused on user needs
• Passion for crafting compelling customer-facing products
• Aptitude for grasping and applying technical concepts
