(Senior) Product Manager (Trading)

Job Description

A cryptocurrency exchange is seeking a Senior Product Manager to spearhead product initiatives, driving them from initial concept to successful execution. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping a platform that aims to redefine user interaction with their finances.

The role involves launching products and features on a global scale, collaborating closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and cross-functional teams to achieve outstanding outcomes.

In this role, the Senior Product Manager will:

• Engage with customers to foster understanding and cater to their needs.
• Conduct market research to guide product strategies.
• Prioritize initiatives and projects, making well-informed trade-offs.
• Develop and maintain the team's roadmap, milestones, and dependencies, aligning them with strategic priorities.
• Define features, create specifications, conduct user studies, refine based on feedback, and support QA testing.
• Monitor progress and coordinate with developers, designers, marketing, and operations teams.
• Manage the backlog and ensure the timely delivery of products and features.
