A cryptocurrency exchange is seeking a Senior Product Manager to spearhead product initiatives from the initial concept to successful implementation. In this role, the Senior Product Manager will:

• Interact with customers to build empathy and address their needs.
• Conduct market research to inform product strategies.
• Prioritize initiatives and projects, balancing necessary trade-offs.
• Develop and maintain the team’s roadmap, milestones, and dependencies, aligned with strategic priorities.
• Define features, write specs, conduct user studies, refine based on feedback, and support QA testing.
• Monitor progress and coordinate with developers, designers, marketing, and operations teams.
• Manage the backlog and ensure timely delivery of products and features.
