(Senior) Product Manager (Trading)

A cryptocurrency exchange is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product initiatives from creation to launch. The role involves shaping an industry-defining platform and redefining user interaction with finances. The Senior Product Manager will make a global impact by launching products and features, working with cross-functional teams to deliver results.

In this role, the Senior Product Manager will:

• Interact with customers to understand and address their needs.
• Conduct market research to inform product strategies.
• Prioritize initiatives and projects, balancing trade-offs.
• Develop and maintain the roadmap, milestones, and dependencies.
• Define features, write specs, conduct user studies.
• Monitor progress and coordinate with developers, designers, marketing, and operations teams.
• Manage the backlog and ensure timely delivery of products and features.
