Senior Product Manager (US Equity Platform)

Job Description

A cryptocurrency exchange is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product initiatives from conception to execution. The Senior Product Manager will drive the development and delivery of innovative financial products and services, focusing on prime brokerage and U.S. equity solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of the prime brokerage ecosystem and the ability to innovate and create solutions that meet the evolving needs of clients.

In this role, you will:

• Define and execute the product vision and strategy for US equity and prime brokerage services.
• Conduct market research to assess the needs of institutional clients.
• Analyze competitor capabilities and industry trends to craft product strategies.
• Partner with engineering, design, and business teams to ideate, prioritize, and launch innovative features.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to U.S. financial regulations.
• Advocate for users by ensuring a seamless and intuitive trading experience.
• Establish success metrics and evaluate product performance to fuel ongoing enhancements.
• Collect and analyze user feedback to refine the product and boost client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in Financial Services or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• At least 6 years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, trading platforms, or financial services, with expertise in equities or prime brokerage.
• Understanding of U.S. equity trading, brokerage operations, and the competitive landscape.
• Familiarity with brokerage solutions designed for institutional clients.
• The ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams, with a solid grasp of APIs, data feeds, and trading systems.
• Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics tools to make informed decisions and optimize product outcomes.
• Outstanding skills in communicating ideas, influencing stakeholders, and uniting teams around a common goal.
• Fluency in English (required).
