A cryptocurrency exchange is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product initiatives, focusing on prime brokerage and U.S. equity solutions. The Senior Product Manager will drive the development and delivery of financial products while addressing the changing needs of clients.
In this role, the Senior Product Manager involves:
- Defining and executing the product vision and strategy for U.S. equity and prime brokerage services.
- Conducting market research to assess the needs of institutional clients.
- Analyzing competitor capabilities and industry trends to craft product strategies.
- Partnering with engineering, design, and business teams to launch innovative features.
- Collaborating with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to U.S. financial regulations.
- Advocating for users by ensuring a seamless trading experience.
- Establishing success metrics and evaluating product performance.
- Collecting and analyzing user feedback to refine the product and boost client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in Financial Services or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- At least 6 years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, trading platforms, or financial services, with expertise in equities or prime brokerage.
- Understanding of U.S. equity trading, brokerage operations, and the competitive landscape.
- Familiarity with brokerage solutions designed for institutional clients.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams, with a solid grasp of APIs, data feeds, and trading systems.
- Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics tools.
- Outstanding skills in communicating ideas, influencing stakeholders, and uniting teams around a common goal.
- Fluency in English (required).
