Senior Product Manager (US Equity Platform)

Job Description

A cryptocurrency exchange is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product initiatives, focusing on prime brokerage and U.S. equity solutions. The Senior Product Manager will drive the development and delivery of innovative financial products and services. This role requires a deep understanding of the prime brokerage ecosystem and the ability to innovate and create offerings that meet clients' evolving needs.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the product vision and strategy for US equity and prime brokerage services.
• Conduct market research to assess the needs of institutional clients.
• Analyze competitor capabilities and industry trends.
• Partner with engineering, design, and business teams to launch innovative features.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to U.S. financial regulations.
• Advocate for users by ensuring a seamless trading experience.
• Establish success metrics and evaluate product performance.
• Collect and analyze user feedback to refine the product.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in Financial Services or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• At least 6 years of product management experience in fintech, trading platforms, or financial services.
• Understanding of U.S. equity trading, brokerage operations, and the competitive landscape.
• Familiarity with brokerage solutions for institutional clients.
• The ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
• Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics tools.
• Outstanding communication and influencing skills.
• Fluency in English.
