The company is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product initiatives for its cryptocurrency exchange, focusing on prime brokerage and U.S. equity solutions. This role involves driving the development and delivery of financial products and services tailored to institutional clients.
In this role, the Senior Product Manager will:
- Define and execute the product vision and strategy for US equity and prime brokerage services.
- Conduct market research to assess the needs of institutional clients.
- Analyze competitor capabilities and industry trends to craft product strategies.
- Partner with engineering, design, and business teams to ideate, prioritize, and launch innovative features.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to U.S. financial regulations.
- Advocate for users by ensuring a seamless trading experience.
- Establish success metrics and evaluate product performance.
- Collect and analyze user feedback to refine the product.
Requirements include:
- A bachelor’s degree in Financial Services or a related field.
- At least 6 years of product management experience in fintech, trading platforms, or financial services.
- Understanding of U.S. equity trading, brokerage operations, and the competitive landscape.
- Familiarity with brokerage solutions designed for institutional clients.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics tools.
- Outstanding communication and influencing skills.
- Fluency in English.
