UXUI Designer at Hyphen Connect Limited

Our Client is seeking a UXUI Designer to join their team, focusing on designing and developing user interfaces and frontend components. In this role, the UXUI designer will be responsible for the entire design process, from initial concept to final implementation, for the company's digital products.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting user research and gathering insights.
• Creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual designs.
• Designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborating with product managers and development teams.
• Conducting usability testing and gathering user feedback.
• Advocating for user-centered design principles.
• Mentoring junior designers.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field.
• At least 2 years of UX/UI design experience, ideally from Web3/FinTech.
• Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with prototyping tools like InVision, Marvel, or Framer.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Strong visual design skills.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in user research and usability testing.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
