Clarity AI is seeking a Junior TA/Sourcer to join their People team in Madrid. This role involves identifying and engaging potential candidates to support the company's growth in the sustainability and AI sectors. The Junior TA/Sourcer will collaborate with hiring managers, implement sourcing strategies, and contribute to building a robust talent pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing top talent using LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms.
- Screening potential candidates by reviewing resumes and conducting initial outreach.
- Engaging with candidates, building strong relationships, and providing a great candidate experience.
- Collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
- Maintaining an organized pipeline of candidates and keeping the ATS updated.
- Tracking sourcing efforts and using data to improve talent acquisition strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in talent sourcing or a similar role, preferably in technology or sustainability.
- At least 1 year of experience as Sourcer or Jr TA.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and proficiency in using ATS and CMS.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (C1 English level).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Self-starter, able to take ownership and initiative, with high energy and stamina
- Decisive and action-oriented, able to make rapid decisions even when they are short of information
