Clarity AI is seeking a Sales Director to drive business expansion in the DACH region. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 8 years of enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding annual quotas. This role involves developing new relationships through outbound sales and networking activities, supported by the marketing team.
  • Personally drive $1M+ of new net revenue in the first fiscal year.
  • Build and develop relationships using an account-based sales approach.
  • Manage, coach, and lead a sales team after success as an individual contributor.
  • Expand Clarity AI’s reach and brand awareness in the DACH region.
Requirements include:
  • Proven ability to challenge and overcome large incumbent competitors.
  • 8+ years of sales experience.
  • Successful experience closing 6/7 figure deals.
  • Experience utilizing a CRM to manage team sales tasks, pipeline, and closing.
  • Proven experience selling data and tech solutions.
  • Knowledge of the ESG market in the DACH region.
  • Sales SaaS experience.
  • Native German-speaker, Swiss German is a plus.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
