The requirements are:

• Maximum age of 25 years old.
• Completing their final year of study in 2025 (undergraduate or postgraduate qualification).
• Interest and involvement in community outreach and social activities.
• Part-time work experience is preferable.
• Outstanding academic achievement.
• No previous formal full-time work experience.
