Jonsson Workwear is seeking an experienced and driven External Customer Advisor to manage customer relationships in the eMalahleni region. The successful candidate will act as a dedicated point of contact, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and tailored workwear solutions.

The External Customer Advisor will be responsible for building and maintaining strong partnerships with customers, understanding their needs, and proactively suggesting solutions. They will spend a significant amount of time traveling to customer sites, with Jonsson Workwear eMalahleni serving as their central location.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Forge strong customer partnerships.
  • Connect with individuals at every level of customer's business.
  • Identify new opportunities with determination and persistence.
  • Understand each customer’s requirements.
  • Proactively suggest solutions that meet their needs.
  • Follow up, follow through and fulfill commitments.
  • Travel to call on customers.
