Accounting Executive

Job Description

Sport Zone is seeking an Accounting Executive to manage accounting processes and prepare necessary documentation. The candidate will work at Sonae Business Center in Maia, Portugal. The Accounting Executive will be responsible for the following:

• Preparing and managing accounting for various group companies
• Assisting in month-end closing, reviewing profit and loss statements, and preparing balance sheet reports
• Collaborating with other departments on internal and external audits
• Reporting monthly and accumulated profit and loss results, monthly balance sheets, and fixed assets
• Participating in various projects related to accounting
• Providing assistance in administrative tasks and the accounting department

The ideal candidate should have the following requirements and qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• B2 level of English
• Advanced knowledge of Office suite
• Experience with SAP
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
