Job Description
Dataiku is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to join their Solutions Engineering team. This role is crucial for helping Dataiku's customers achieve significant outcomes using business analytics, AI/ML, and Gen AI. The Customer Success Engineer will focus on technical programming to enhance product adoption and user engagement. They will leverage their understanding of enterprise analytics and data science skills to deliver business value. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Professional Services and Partners.Role involves:
  • Working closely with Dataiku’s customers in the West.
  • Educating customers on best practices within the Dataiku platform.
  • Developing a deep understanding of customer business, use cases, and outcomes.
  • Executing demonstrations of new product features and conducting hands-on workshops.
  • Advising users on using Dataiku for their specific business needs.
  • Collaborating with Account Executives and Sales Engineers to drive customer engagements.
  • Documenting and sharing the adoption status and key information.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in sales engineering, technical or solutions consulting, post-sales technical delivery, or data science roles.
  • Strong written and oral presentation skills.
  • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in building and operating communities of practice.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and build consensus.
