Job Description
Dataiku is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to join their Solutions Engineering team. This role is pivotal in helping Dataiku's customers achieve significant outcomes using business analytics, AI/ML, and Gen AI. The Customer Success Engineer will focus on technical programming to enhance product adoption and user engagement. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate end-user adoption and drive customer success.
Role involves:
- Working closely with customers to increase user adoption and satisfaction.
- Educating customers on best practices within the Dataiku platform.
- Developing an understanding of customer business and use cases.
- Conducting hands-on workshops and demonstrations of new product features.
- Advising users on using Dataiku for their specific business needs.
- Collaborating with Account Executives and Sales Engineers to drive customer engagements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of experience in sales engineering or data science roles.
- Strong written and oral presentation skills.
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in building and operating communities of practice.
