Job Description
Dataiku is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to join their Solutions Engineering team. This role is pivotal in helping Dataiku's customers achieve significant outcomes using business analytics, AI/ML, and Gen AI. The Customer Success Engineer will focus on technical programming to enhance product adoption and user engagement. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate end-user adoption and provide hands-on support to customers in the West region.

Role involves:
  • Working closely with Dataiku’s customers in the West to drive onboarding, adoption, and satisfaction.
  • Educating customers on best practices within the Dataiku platform.
  • Developing a deep understanding of customer business, use cases, and outcomes.
  • Executing demonstrations of new product features and conducting hands-on workshops.
  • Advising users on using Dataiku for their specific business needs.
  • Collaborating with Account Executives and Sales Engineers to identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Documenting and sharing adoption status and key information.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in sales engineering, technical or solutions consulting, post-sales technical delivery, or data science roles.
  • Strong written and oral presentation skills.
  • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in building and operating communities of practice.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and build consensus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
