Software Engineer in Test

Job Description

Dataiku is seeking a Software Developer Engineer in Test (SDET) to ensure the delivery of high-quality products to its customers. This role is crucial in helping users have the best possible experience with Dataiku's Universal AI Platform. The position is available onsite in Paris, London, Berlin, and Amsterdam, or remotely from these countries.

The SDET will collaborate with developers to ensure testable code, improve existing test infrastructure, and mentor new QA team members. Dataiku's platform is built on modern Web technologies and integrates with a large ecosystem of big data technologies.

Role Involves:

• Coding advanced automated test suites.
• Defining manual testing plans and test strategies.
• Working with developers to ensure testable code.
• Improving existing test infrastructure and frameworks.
• Mentoring and helping new QA team members.

Requirements:

• Experience in software test engineering with a significant part in automation (API and/or UI Testing).
• Belief in collaboration with developers for a good testing strategy.
• Experience with at least one Object-Oriented language (Python, Java, C#, or C++).
• Ability to discuss choices before implementing them.
