• Managing the day-to-day operations of a team of motor adjusters.
• Overseeing larger losses and contentious cases.
• Implementing and maintaining best practices for claims handling.
• Monitoring and analyzing claims data.
• Serving as a resource for escalated claims.
• Collaborating with internal teams.

Requirements:

• Chartered Institute Qualifications minimum of DIP CII or equivalent.
• 10+ years in insurance claims management experience.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Comfortable with technology.
• Integrity, ethics, and a strong sense of accountability.
