- Role Involves:
- Handling claims from ‘cradle to grave’
- Providing quality interactions with stakeholders
- Prioritising workload
- Working to system driven SLAs and workflows
- Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in general liability claims
- Experience managing a caseload of EL/PL
- Industry qualifications preferred
- Ability to analyze and evaluate complex data
- Willingness to travel for client and claims needs
