Reserv, a digital-native TPA, is seeking an Account Manager in the UK to drive customer engagement and identify business opportunities. The Account Manager will be a key part of Reserv’s approach to client service, working closely with claims, operations, analytics and technology teams. This role requires a highly motivated and growth-oriented individual with experience in the UK general insurance market, preferably with claims knowledge.

Role involves:
- Reporting to the Vice President of Reserv UK.
- Supporting the onboarding of new customers.
- Establishing data-driven reporting for clients.
- Serving as the main relationship liaison between Reserv and selected customers.
- Ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
- Helping in responding to RFPs / RFIs.
- Providing insights to operations and technology teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the UK insurance industry, with 5+ years in an Account Executive function or claims team.
- Degree and/or ACII qualification.
- Proven ability to manage relationships with high-value customers.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for claims or insurance.
