Product Manager, Content Ops Labeling

Job Description

Reddit is seeking a Product Manager to drive product development for tooling and workflows supporting human-in-the-loop content strategies. This role is crucial for scaling the impact of labeling projects that power ML and AI solutions fundamental to Reddit. The Product Manager will become an expert in labeling processes and work at the intersection of content understanding and AI.Responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing a product vision and strategy for labeling/annotation projects.
• Maintaining and communicating a prioritized roadmap.
• Designing and implementing ML-assisted tooling for workflow and labeling solutions.
• Understanding operator pain points and defining product requirements.
• Ensuring end-to-end delivery of high-quality datasets.
• Working closely with developers, product managers, and labeling team members.
• Participating in quarterly planning sessions.
• Developing and maintaining documentation for labeling processes and best practices.
• Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for labeling projects.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of product management experience.
• 1-3 years content labeling experience.
• Experience developing internal tools or workflows from 0 to 1.
• Experience working with high volumes of labeling data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to use SQL is a strong asset.
• Passion for testing and learning at a fast pace.
• Ability to define team goals and success metrics.
• Compelling influencer with great communication and interpersonal skills.
• Direct exposure & a degree of domain expertise in Machine Learning applied to content discovery.
