Job Description
Reddit is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join their Top of Funnel team in London. This role is crucial for user growth, focusing on enhancing Reddit's ability to attract and engage new users through machine learning. The position offers the flexibility to work remotely from the UK, Ireland, or the Netherlands, or on-site in London.

The Role Involves:
- Collaborating on projects with other Top of Funnel engineers, applying Machine Learning to solve discovery, relevance, and recommendation problems.
- Building and deploying sophisticated machine learning models to improve experiences for millions of users.
- Participating in the full software development cycle: design, develop, QA, deploy, experiment, analyze, and iterate.
- Collaborating across disciplines and with other ML teams at Reddit to find technical solutions to complex challenges.
- Mentoring and advocating for the team.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience with industry-level deep learning models.
- 2+ years of experience with mainstream ML frameworks (such as Tensorflow and Pytorch).
- 4+ years of end-to-end experience of training, evaluating, testing, and deploying industry-level models.
- 4+ years of experience orchestrating complicated data generation pipelines on large-scale datasets.
- A successful track record of productionizing and applying machine learning techniques in addressing real-world problems end to end.
- Comfort analyzing high-volume natural language and multimodal data from varying sources, proficient with SQL.
- Experience communicating complex research and ideas in a clear, precise, and actionable manner.
- Experience working with data-intensive systems and writing production-quality software (preferably Python or golang).
- Passion for building delightful products for users.
