Reddit is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join their Top of Funnel team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing Reddit's ability to attract, engage, and guide new users. This is achieved by leveraging the vast amounts of data generated daily by users to enhance platform capabilities.

The role involves:
- Collaborating on projects with other Top of Funnel engineers using Machine Learning.
- Building and deploying sophisticated machine learning models.
- Participating in the full software development cycle.
- Collaborating across disciplines and with other ML teams.
- Mentoring and advocating for the team.
Requirements include:
- 2+ years of experience with industry-level deep learning models.
- 2+ years of experience with mainstream ML frameworks (Tensorflow, Pytorch).
- 4+ years of end-to-end experience in training, evaluating, testing, and deploying models.
- 4+ years of experience orchestrating data generation pipelines on large-scale datasets.
- A successful track record of productionizing and applying machine learning techniques.
- Comfort analyzing high-volume natural language and multimodal data.
- Proficiency with SQL.
- Experience communicating complex research and ideas.
- Experience working with data-intensive systems and writing production-quality software (Python or golang preferred).
- Experience in content recommendations and personalization is a plus.
- Passion for building delightful products for users.
