Senior Product Manager, Notifications Engagement

Job Description

Reddit is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their Notifications team. This role focuses on driving product vision and strategy for Notifications Engagement, aiming to increase usage of various channels and improve user retention. The Senior Product Manager will collaborate with developers and product managers, analyze data, and work with internal teams to launch and maintain impactful features.Responsibilities:

• Drive and execute product vision and strategy for Notifications Engagement.
• Maintain and communicate a prioritized roadmap.
• Work closely with developers and product managers to understand problems and manage a backlog.
• Participate in quarterly planning sessions.
• Analyze feature/experiment results and communicate learnings.
• Synthesize insights by analyzing data to help build more personalized product features.
• Work closely with internal business, operations, and partnerships teams.
• Drive market and usability research.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Strong analytical skills and SQL proficiency.
• Experience developing long-term strategies and product roadmaps.
• Passion for testing and learning at a fast pace.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Compelling influencer with great communication and interpersonal skills.
