Staff Product Manager, Community Success

Job Description

Reddit is seeking a Staff Product Manager, Community Success to join their team. This is a remote position within the United States. The Subreddit Success team's mission is to make Reddit the best place to start and grow any community on the internet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable systems that support Reddit’s new and growing communities. • Contribute to the strategy and roadmap for Subreddit Success on Reddit.
• Advocate for Moderator’s success.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to launch features.
• Understand Reddit and what makes communities and moderation successful.
• Partner with various cross-functional teams.
• Dive into the data, conduct detailed analysis and guide the team’s roadmap via data driven decision making.

Requirements:

• At least 6+ years of consumer product management experience
• Experience in product teams and has launched consumer facing products for consumer tech companies
• High Data fluency, knows SQL
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
