Job Description
Reddit is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join their Ranking Foundation team. This role is focused on building and running services that coordinate contextualized and personalized ranking on Reddit's platform. The ideal candidate will collaborate with Backend Architects, Product Managers, and other Machine Learning experts to enhance user experience through personalized content delivery. This position is remote-friendly, allowing the engineer to work from anywhere in the United States. Reddit is committed to building a diverse workforce and offers comprehensive benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on projects with other Ranking Foundation and Core Experience engineers
- Build and deploy sophisticated machine learning models
- Run experiments, evaluate results and advocate for a decision with next steps
- Collaborate across disciplines and with other ML teams at Reddit
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience with industry-level deep learning models
- 4+ years of end-to-end experience of training, evaluating, testing, and deploying industry-level models
- 2+ years of experience with mainstream ML frameworks (such as Tensorflow and Pytorch)
- Successful track record of applying machine learning techniques in addressing real-world problems
- Experience in content recommendations, and content personalization is a plus
- Passionate about building delightful products for users
