Senior Product Manager, Reddit Answers

Job Description

Reddit is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Answers team, focusing on AI-powered search. This role involves defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, as well as driving end-to-end product development. The Senior Product Manager will establish and deliver KPIs, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities:

• Define outcomes and craft a compelling vision for Reddit Answers.
• Drive execution with a team of engineers, designers, data analysts, researchers, and other PMs.
• Align product plans and requirements across MLE, marketing, operations, legal, privacy, policy, and safety teams.
• Analyze feature and experiment results and communicate learnings.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, including leading user-facing relevance-driven products.
• Exceptional product intuition and a strong sense of delivering world-class user experiences.
• Proven experience setting and achieving an ambitious product vision.
• Fluency with leading distributed XFN teams through complexity and ambiguity.
