Creative Strategist, KarmaLab, Australia (Contract)

Job Description

Reddit is seeking a Creative Strategist to join its KarmaLab International team in Sydney, Australia. The Creative Strategist will act as a bridge connecting advertising partners to the Reddit community, collaborating with internal sales teams to craft effective, Reddit-first creative solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of internet culture and the Reddit platform, with the ability to transform insights into creative concepts.

The Creative Strategist will support Reddit's expanding sales business in the Australian market, working with both agencies and direct brands.

What this role involves:

• Transforming client briefs into engaging strategies and visuals.
• Designing innovative ad concepts and campaigns.
• Crafting compelling pitches and communications.
• Developing impactful presentations and workshops.
• Serving as a creative consultant and platform expert.

Requirements:

• 5-6 years of experience in advertising, PR, media, or social media.
• Proven understanding of the relationships between creative agencies, media agencies, and brands.
• Excellent prioritization and task management skills.
• Proficiency in Google Slides, Keynote.
• Professional writing experience for the internet.
• Experience in media and/or creative agencies is highly desirable.
