Reddit is seeking a Sr. Client Partner, New Business, Nordics to join their team in Amsterdam. This individual will be responsible for seeking out new high-potential clients and building long-term partnerships by aligning client goals with the Reddit ads platform. This role requires in-person work from the Amsterdam office a few days a week.Reddit offers a generous relocation package for those outside the Netherlands.Responsibilities:
- Identifying and reaching out to new clients to establish mutually beneficial relationships.
- Educating clients on Reddit and the Reddit ads platform.
- Taking ownership of strategic bets, revenue forecasting, and ensuring operational rigor.
- Collaborating with Account Managers and Account Executives to build mutually beneficial partnerships.
- 6+ years of experience in online media sales (platform experience preferred).
- A strong understanding of the media landscape and a broad network of clients in the Nordics.
- Fluency in English (plus fluency in one of the Nordic languages would be an advantage!).
- Experience with new business tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and Salesforce.
- Users-first orientation.
- A positive outlook and a team-player attitude.
- High achievement against sales targets.
- Motivation and the ability to thrive in unstructured environments.
