TTC, The Testing Consultancy, is seeking a Senior Software QA Engineer to lead and deliver testing services, ensuring quality software delivery for clients. The role involves collaborating to establish QA processes, mentoring junior personnel, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders. The Senior Software QA Engineer may also assist in general application support of production applications and systems.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and understand customer testing needs.
- Involve in test execution, automation, and risk analysis.
- Create test artifacts (strategy, plan, cases, metrics).
- Build and support automated testing frameworks.
- Deliver quality work and meet deadlines.
- Maintain customer relationships.
- Participate in project meetings.
Requirements:
- Must speak French and English.
- Experience with test automation tools, especially TOSCA.
- SAP experience.
- Excellent communication and customer skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated leader.
- Experience in Agile and traditional environments.
- Proficiency in Selenium, UFT, Rational Robot, etc.
- Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
- Familiarity with API testing (SOAP/REST).
- Experience with test case and defect management tools (ALM, TFS, JIRA).
