IONOS is seeking a Call Center Employee (f/m/d) to focus on customer retention within the French market. The role is based in Zweibrücken. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and extending existing customer relationships through effective communication and negotiation.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining existing customer relationships.
  • Extending existing contracts through personal contact.
  • Clarifying the value and added value of offers and products.
  • Communication with customers via inbound, outbound, e-mail, chat, letter.
  • Meeting customer expectations and addressing customer concerns.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in French.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using common IT tools.
  • Sales affinity and strong negotiating skills.
  • Team spirit and an eloquent manner.
