IONOS, a leading European provider of cloud infrastructure, is seeking a Server Support Representative to join their team in Philadelphia. This role involves supporting IONOS customers with dedicated, root, and VPS server products. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and communication skills, with a passion for resolving customer issues and recommending appropriate solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Resolving technical customer issues via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assisting customers with setting up and maintaining virtual servers.
  • Troubleshooting technical and billing concerns.
  • Recommending and selling products and services.
  • Managing workload efficiently to meet departmental goals.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience with technical support.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of TCP/IP protocols.
  • Basic understanding of web hosting software.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
