The Finance and Accounting Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing actionable advice to support business decision-making. This role involves leading a team to deliver accurate financial outputs, supporting the implementation of processes, and maintaining sound financial practices aligned with the company’s objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the team’s daily financial and accounting tasks.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and relevant regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• CPA license is highly preferred.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, with 2-3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Proficiency in accounting and financial management software.
• Strong knowledge of relevant Philippine legislation and regulations.
