Job Description
IONOS is seeking a Human Resource Manager to ensure the seamless implementation of HR policies, programs, and initiatives for front-line employees. This role involves partnering with front-line leaders to resolve employee concerns, foster a culture of collaboration, and enhance team productivity. The HR Manager will provide strategic guidance and operational support to meet workforce requirements and enable high-performance front-line teams. IONOS is the leading European provider of cloud infrastructure, cloud services and hosting services.
Role Involves: - Overseeing HR operations and ensuring compliance with policies and labor laws.
- Managing employee relations, addressing concerns, and resolving grievances.
- Supporting recruitment efforts and ensuring timely onboarding of new hires.
- Identifying training and development opportunities for employees.
- Promoting employee engagement initiatives.
- Supporting the performance appraisal process and providing coaching.
- Supporting the implementation of HR systems and tools.
- Providing HR expertise and guidance to front-line managers.
Requirements: - A degree in HR, Learning and Development, Psychology, or a similar field.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR Management, preferably supporting front-line or operational teams.
- Proven track record in managing employee relations, workforce planning, and HR program implementation.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build trust and maintain strong relationships with employees and leaders.
- Proficiency in HR systems and tools (e.g., HRIS, applicant tracking systems).
