IONOS is seeking a Senior HR Administration/Payroll Partner to join their team in either Karlsruhe or Berlin. The company is a leading European provider of cloud infrastructure, cloud services, and hosting services. The ideal candidate will fit in the operational HR business and help shape modern HR work. They will be a team player who can independently manage a diverse range of tasks and develop themselves further.

In this role, the candidate will have full responsibility for HR administration for a defined support area. They will also work on current topics and projects, monitor deadlines, and optimize internal processes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparation of employment contract documents
  • Preparation of payroll accounting for our external service provider
  • Taking over/working on current topics and projects
  • Independent monitoring of current dates and deadlines in the entire HR environment
  • Optimization and further development of internal processes
  • Responsibility for creating and maintaining our employees' digital personnel files
  • Certification and reporting, as well as correspondence with authorities, health insurance funds and social security organisations

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business administration
  • Initial professional experience in HR, payroll accounting or a comparable position
  • Very good knowledge of administration, ideally in the HR area as well as payroll tax and social security law
  • Good working knowledge of all MS Office products and some experience of working with SAP (Success Factors)
  • Independent and careful way of working in combination with a hands-on mentality
  • Reliable, solution-orientated and an absolute team player
  • Very good command of German and a good command of written and spoken English
