IONOS is seeking a (Senior) HR Administration/Payroll Partner to join their team in either Berlin or Karlsruhe. The role involves full responsibility for HR administration within a defined support area, contributing to modern HR practices, and continuous development within a collegial team.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing employment contract documents, references, and contract supplements.
- Preparing payroll accounting for an external service provider.
- Working on current HR topics and projects.
- Monitoring deadlines in the HR environment.
- Optimising internal processes.
- Maintaining digital personnel files.
- Handling certifications, reporting, and correspondence with authorities.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A completed commercial apprenticeship or degree in business administration.
- Initial professional experience in HR, payroll accounting.
- Strong knowledge of administration, payroll tax, and social security law.
- Proficiency in MS Office products and SAP (Success Factors).
- Independent and detail-oriented work ethic.
- Excellent German and good English skills.
