IONOS is seeking a (Senior) HR Administration/Payroll Partner to join their team in either Berlin or Karlsruhe. The role involves full responsibility for HR administration within a defined support area, contributing to modern HR practices, and continuous development within a collegial team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing employment contract documents, references, and contract supplements.
  • Preparing payroll accounting for an external service provider.
  • Working on current HR topics and projects.
  • Monitoring deadlines in the HR environment.
  • Optimising internal processes.
  • Maintaining digital personnel files.
  • Handling certifications, reporting, and correspondence with authorities.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A completed commercial apprenticeship or degree in business administration.
  • Initial professional experience in HR, payroll accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of administration, payroll tax, and social security law.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products and SAP (Success Factors).
  • Independent and detail-oriented work ethic.
  • Excellent German and good English skills.
