Head of Service & Security Management (f/m/d) at IONOS EN

IONOS is seeking a Head of Service & Security Management to lead a team in Berlin. This role involves operating standardized management systems, ensuring continuous improvement through GRC standards and certifications. The Head of Service & Security Management will be responsible for company-wide standards in risk, document, and process management.

Responsibilities

• Leading a team of organizational security and service management employees.
• Serving as a central point of contact for established standards and certifications within the IONOS Group.
• Security risk management of the IONOS corporate group.
• Operating and overseeing core processes and management system activities.
• Reporting on management system activities.
• Interfacing with Compliance and Legal departments.

Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Familiarity with international standards such as ISO 27001 and ISO 50001.
• Initial leadership experience.
• Ability to motivate departments to implement standards and processes.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
