Information Security Manager (f/m/d) - Cyber Security at IONOS EN

IONOS, a leading European provider of cloud infrastructure, is seeking an Information Security Manager to join their team in Karlsruhe. The ideal candidate will be passionate about cyber security and eager to contribute to the company's European hyperscaler journey.

In this role, the Information Security Manager will be responsible for:

• Owning the security certification strategy and related standardisation strategies.
• Structuring standardisation and certification activities.
• Introducing certification readiness routines to internal development, operations and other organisational units.
• Owning strategic projects and operating the interfaces towards customers and business.
• Contributing to and supporting certifications and attestations executed by certification teams.

IONOS requires following qualifications for this role:

• Well-founded, multi-year practitioner’s experience with standardised management systems and certifications, attestations in the cyber security area.
• Practical experience from two or more certified scopes according to ISO 27001, IT-Grundschutz, BSI C5.
• Multi-year experience with above standards and certifications in a technical organisation.
• Fluency in English (CEFR C1 or higher) and German (C2 is a must).
