Information Security Manager (f/m/d) - Cyber Security

IONOS, a leading European provider of cloud infrastructure, is seeking an Information Security Manager to join their team in Berlin. This role involves working with various teams in an open and friendly environment with flat hierarchies. The ideal candidate is passionate about cybersecurity and eager to contribute to the European hyperscaler journey.

Responsibilities:

• Own the security certification strategy and related standardisation strategies.
• Structure standardisation and certification activities for international markets.
• Introduce certification readiness routines to internal teams.
• Own strategic projects and operate interfaces with customers and business units.
• Contribute to certifications and attestations.

Requirements:

• Multi-year experience with standardised management systems and certifications in cybersecurity.
• Practical experience with ISO 27001, IT-Grundschutz, BSI C5.
• Experience in a technical organisation offering technical products.
• Passion for efficient integration of management systems and certification activities.
• Confident and communicative character.
• Proficient in English (CEFR C1 or higher) and fluent in German (C2 is a must).
