Senior Program Manager (f/m/d) at IONOS EN

IONOS is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the rollout of its new international commercial systems program. The role involves someone with a consistent track record of successful high complexity project delivery and proven ability to manage, influence, and engage a broad group of stakeholders. The Senior Program Manager will align plans with IONOS' strategic objectives, ensuring the program is executed efficiently, within scope, and on budget.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and Execution of the rollout of international commercial systems program
• Resource Coordination across the commercial systems
• Address issues and roadblocks that impact program goals
• Track progress, manage risks, and report on program status to stakeholders
• Communicate with and manage expectations of stakeholders
• Oversee financial aspects and ensure programs are delivered within budget

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in program and/or project management.
• Prior consultancy background in rollout of international commercial or financial systems.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem solving and conflict managing skills.
