Support Engineer (f/m/d) at IONOS EN

IONOS is seeking a Support Engineer to join their team in either Berlin or Karlsruhe. The candidate will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd level user support, setting up hardware, administering Windows Client and Server Systems, receiving and coordinating support requests, and installing and maintaining hardware and software. The role requires an individual who is service-oriented and fluent in both German and English.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing 1st and 2nd level user support.
• Setting up hardware.
• Administering Windows Client and Server Systems.
• Receiving and coordinating support requests.
• Installing and maintaining hard- and software.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• At least 5 years of experience working in IT.
• Ability of onsite hardware support, especially cabling and moving hardware.
• Very service-oriented attitude.
• Fluency in German and English (at least B2 level).
