IONOS, a leading European provider of cloud infrastructure, is seeking an Inbound Telesales & Retention Representative. This role involves supporting IONOS customers through inbound calls, chats, and emails. The representative will be responsible for sales, customer retention, addressing account and billing inquiries, and providing general technical support.

The Inbound Telesales & Retention Representative at IONOS will:

  • Resolve customer issues via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with support and product purchase questions.
  • Retain customer partnerships by offering discounts/credits.
  • Assist customers with cancellation requests.
  • Efficiently manage workload and meet departmental service level goals.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or retail with sales exposure.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multi-channel workflow (calls, chats, emails).
  • Basic computer and internet skills.
  • Ability to report to work on time.
  • Willingness to learn new products and adapt to new technologies.
