Director of Product Design at Torq

Torq, a cybersecurity company experiencing rapid growth, seeks a Director of Product Design. The Director will spearhead the design vision and strategy, fostering innovation and ensuring an exceptional user experience for Torq's product suite. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to create impactful, user-centered designs that effectively tackle real-world cybersecurity challenges.

The Director of Product Design will be responsible for:

• Defining and leading the UX strategy and vision.
• Implementing design and UX methodologies.
• Building, managing, and leading the product design team.
• Collaborating with Product Managers, Engineering, Marketing, and other stakeholders.

Torq is looking for someone who has:

• 5+ years of experience leading and managing a product design team.
• A portfolio showcasing a data-driven approach to design.
• A track record of building successful B2B and enterprise SaaS products.
• Experience in the cybersecurity field (Advantage).
