Senior Instructional Designer at Torq

Torq, experiencing rapid growth and innovation in agentic AI security solutions, seeks a Senior Instructional Designer to establish the Torq Academy. The academy aims to educate customers, prospects and partners.

The Senior Instructional Designer will revolutionize cybersecurity education by creating materials that educate and engage.

This role is crucial for ensuring Torq Academy users receive a top-tier educational experience, fostering continuous learning.

What This Role Involves:

• Designing and developing engaging cybersecurity educational content.
• Collaborating with subject matter experts.
• Applying instructional design theories.
• Utilizing visual design skills and storyboarding.
• Managing the Learning Management System (LMS)

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in instructional design and technology.
• Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
• Proficiency in course development software and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Strong visual design skills and adeptness at storyboarding.
• Ability to craft effective copy, instructional text, and scripts for audio/video content.
• BA or MA degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field - advantage.
• Fluency in English
