Senior Product Designer at Torq

Torq is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join its team in Tel Aviv and help elevate its products to the next level. Torq is experiencing rapid growth with its AI security solutions and is recognized as a top startup employer.

The Senior Product Designer will closely collaborate with product management and engineering teams to ensure that the designed products are aesthetically pleasing, user-friendly, practical, and technically sound.

Role Involves:

• Leading the design of new features and products.
• Enhancing the design of existing products.
• Working closely with product management and engineering teams.
• Conducting user research and testing.
• Creating wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.
• Developing and maintaining a design system.
• Participating in design reviews.
• Collaborating with engineering teams for implementation.
• Measuring the success of designs and iterating.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree in design.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Expert in UX research methods.
• Extensive experience in producing high-level composition.
• Hands-on experience in developing a design system/UI Library.
• Experience with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Proactive, well-structured, and attentive to details.
• Great communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent English.
