Senior Technical Writer at Torq

Torq is seeking a Senior Technical Writer to join its Knowledge Experience team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation and learning resources for customers. Torq is experiencing rapid growth, backed by Series C funding and significant revenue increases.

The Senior Technical Writer will collaborate with product management, engineering, and field engineering teams to understand the product and customer requirements. The person will manage updates and revisions for existing documentation and ensure consistency and quality across all product documentation.

What role involves:

• Taking ownership of the documentation process, from initial design to final release.
• Working closely with product management, engineering, and field engineering teams.
• Managing updates and revisions for existing documentation.
• Maintaining consistency and quality across all product documentation.
• Prioritizing the documentation pipeline.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a technical writer.
• Strong ability to grasp complex technical concepts.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience working in a B2B SaaS company is a plus.
• Familiarity with the cybersecurity industry is a plus.
• Proven experience documenting APIs is a plus.
