Responsibilities:

• Manage and build a team from scratch, mentoring junior developers and analysts.
• Lead the development of security applications.
• Collaborate with a dedicated PM to ensure product alignment and value delivery to customers.
• Improve workflows and establish unified standards for security content and processes.
• Build and enhance engineering infrastructure, including CI/CD, DevOps, platform reliability, and testing systems.
• Establish high standards of development practices.

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of experience in software development.
• Leadership experience or strong mentoring background.
• Proficiency in Go is a significant advantage.
• Background in security is preferred.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
